Return/Exchange Policy

MJ's are considered intimate apparel and purchases are FINAL. Exchanges must be unworn, undamaged, have original ticketing attached and in original packaging. All internet order exchanges must include a copy of web order information.
We do not accept exchanges on soiled or washed MJ apparel.

All internet order exchanges by mail will receive a refund check for shipping and handling costs attached to the original web order information.

All internet orders to the consumer will include a tracking number and insurance in the event that the packaging is lost or damaged during transit. We recommend that when exchanging MJ's, that packaging is sent back to retailer in the same manner. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
